One Small Change

one small change

One of my friends reposted this on Facebook from Go Kaleo the other day:

Many years ago, I decided to do one simple thing when I got up in the morning: unload the dishwasher. That’s it. I got the idea from The FlyLady, for the record. Over the next few months, that one little change resulted in a profound shift in the way I planned my days and organized my time. In six months time, my house had become more organized, I’d paid off some debt, and I’d been able to deal with a lot of things that caused me chronic anxiety.

The same thing happened with weight loss and fitness. I made one small change, and over time it compounded, and now my whole life (and body, and health) is different. That one change I made was to commit to being active for 15 minutes 3 times a week. That’s it.

Do not underestimate the power of one small change.

I love that, don’t you? Do not underestimate the power of one small change. What would yours be?
