Sprint Triathlon Training: Week 10

to-be list

I saw this list on a great local health and fitness blog, Everyday Glow, which is part of the bigger movement For the Glow. I wanted to share it during the last few weeks of our training because, to me, this is where the preparation has transitioned from something that I do to something that I want to be. Healthy, fit, nutritious, mindful. The last blank check box is for us to write something in. My addition might be ‘BE giving — I did one thing for someone else today.’ What would be on your list?

This week’s training schedule:

Monday: Rest
Tuesday: Swim 500 yards, Run 3o minutes
Wednesday: Bike 15 miles
Thursday: Swim 600 yards, Walk 45 minutes
Friday: Rest
Saturday: Run 60 minutes
Sunday: Bike 20 miles, Walk 30 minutes

P.S. Weeks 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, and 9.
